Hey everyone!

So, a few months ago I bought off ebay the "conversations from another place" dvd which featured the interviews from the 92 festival with Frank Silva, Catherine (log lady) and our dear Al Strobel. Forgive lack of memory, I've had a glass or two of whiskey this evening....

Anyway, Frank talks about his real-life encounter with the Black Lodge and a 'Bob'. Basically he used to work in an antique store in LA across from which there was a vacant parking lot. In this parking lot lived a long-haired, older, totally freaky homeless man, who used to apparently come across the street to Frank's store and stare in the window- Frank referred to him as a 'real life Bob'. The weirdest thing? The parking lot was attached to a place called the Black Burn Lodge!!

Since I live in LA, I thought I should try and track this place down. Turns out it's in my neighborhood! The antique store is no more, but the Black Burn Lodge (even weirder, the Burn part has faded out of the paint) still exists, and I'm going to ask in the store across the street if they know if it was the actual antique store Frank worked in. How weird! Right by where I live! Kinda fun to think of Frank hanging out at the same coffee shop as I do....

Wait a minute....

You got that DVD on Ebay?

For me, it's been much more harder to find.

Is there anyplace where I can find it for myself?
