- The sound effect imitating Jacoby's heartbeat.
- Jacques lusciously looking the girl who serves he and Coop the drinks.
- Two chinese vases next to Josie and Hank.
- The picture of a dog in the mill's office (Josie's dog Koro?).
- Ed says his address is 422 Riverside but in the Pilot we see that the house number is 31802.
- When James and Coop talk we see Leland leaving in the background.
- In the Ghostwood contract we see that the Icelanders company is names Fjjord International Investments and is located in Olasfsvik, that the amount of money is 33 million $ and that it was going to be paid via a bank from Belgium. We also learn that the Ghostwood lands have a total of 1350 acres.
- When Leo is shot we see Montana, the bully from "Invitation to love", being shot as well.
- The old lady/hunchback who saws the card in Audrey (there's a thread about her around here).
- Coop says he has ordered the hot milk that Señor Droolcup will bring him in the next episode.
- We see the feet's shadow of the person who shoots Coop in the room's door when the phone rings.
- Lucy mentions listening the clock from Easter Park when "Leo" (actually Bobby) called; we can listen it too in that scene and also in a previous one with Jacoby, just before he has the heart attack.
- NEW: In ep.6 we see an episode of "Invitation to love" (which are broadcasted daily:"Tune in tomorrow for...") and in ep.7 we see a new one. If boths eps., 6 and 7, are set the same day-night how can this be? If you look closely you'll see a VCR working above Leo's TV when he's shot and "Invitation to love" is on. It looks like someone, probably Shelly, taped the episode seen in ep.6 and the tape was playing that same night when Leo is shot. This explains too why we see the same scene: Chet shooting Montana.

Great Gordon. Just don't forget about the deer hornes on top of Hank's head while he's talking to Josie. That's a classic. Big Hank fan here :)

"You know, Agent Desmond, I figure this whole office, furniture included, is worth 27,000 dollars"

I never noticed the "Stop Ghostwood" fliers hanging at the bar when Hank is telling Norma about his dreams.

I thought this episode had the most "soap opera-ish" feel to it of the pilot and first season with all of the cliffhangers. Having just finished the pilot and season one again, the 2 best episodes to this point are clearly the pilot and episode 2, both Lynch directed.
"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen. Could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot, black coffee. Like this." -Dale Cooper

The famous Mark Frost directed Cliffhanger episode with a billion mini and major cliffhangers Donna's excellent stealth skills show when she presses a button on Jacoby's office wall and Hawaiian music blares. Jacques downs his beer like a champion. This scene always makes me thirsty for an ice cold, frothy beer in a chilled mug. The well being of Nadine was the least interesting cliffhanger since her storyline was dull (her character arc) from day one. She was basically a plot device to keep Ed and Norma separate. The crazy lady with the eye patch. How did Leland know Jacques (the suspect) was at the hospital? Who told him? I think it was BOB who killed Jacques in the hospital and not grieving father Leland because Dr. Jacoby smelled burnt engine oil and BOB wasn't done with this human vessel yet. Leland even looks demonic after suffocating Jacques. Pete sure runs funny when he goes into the burning mill to rescue Catherine. Hunchback girl at OEJ is creepy as hell Being gullible and naive back in 1990, I was shocked when Agent Cooper was shot. I thought - are they going to actually kill off the main hero/protagonist?
