Now I'm a sad panda, as I will even BE IN NYC the day of this, but have no time to go to the movie, as it will be a whirlwind trip out there and back again for a wedding.  Maybe it will make it's way to Seattle soon...

Now I'm just curious; I know Noah got tickets and I know a few others who don't come here.  Is anybody else from here going to the NYFF?

Does anyone know who to contact if you want to request IE to play at a local film festival? Most towns of any size have a film festival nowadays, and getting IE to play at your local fest might be the best way to see it in the near future.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner.  No he did not tell me.  I had to push him to get that information.  The first email he sent me was VERY vague so I pushed a little more.  He then sent me what you saw on my post.  After reading that email, I just lost modivation.  I feel like I saw somewhere that tickets go on sale 24 or 48 hrs before the viewing but I can't remember.

I was VERY VERY sad to hear this.  It seems like the regular ole Joe can't get good ticket to shows anymore.  My friend and I tried to get good Tool tickets twice this year and failed both times.  I'll be going to the Tool concert in Columbus tomorrow with acceptable seats but we where on our computers the moment tickets went on sale and we could not get floor tickets except on Ebay.  We did reasearch on the best way to get tickets and they say going to the venue it's self is the best way and the second best way is ticketmaster.

What the *uck is going on in this world?

What you got back home little sister to play your fuzzy warbles on? I bet you got, say, pitiful, portable picnic players. Come with uncle and hear all proper! Hear angels' trumpets and devils' trombones. You are invited!

lol  I didn't even look at the date of your post.  I just assumed I've been neglecting.  I guess that's a pretty quick response from me :)

Ok... Now I might be going. I just need more info because I was under the impression that I could go unless I spent $500.

Edit...  Ok, aparently they are sold out... I need to call a number to check for availibility of tickets. Does not look good.
