Hi all, just wanted to let everyone know that David's kindly gave us permission to put his greeting that he gave at the fest up on the Twin Peaks Fest website but for one week only.

Good evening, everyone. Erm... Welcome to the Twin Peaks festival, and if I'm late on the welcome er... I hope you had a great festival and erm... er... this will be the er... ending of the film fes... of the er... twin peaks festival and er... that's easy for you to say. E-Here we're erm... mixing away on INLAND EMPIRE and erm... with any luck we'll be finished in a few years. Have a good one.

Ha thats great ! I thought Rabbits was the only good thing to come from David Lynch.com that I've seen. I can't wait to see how he links the movie and it together; and for that matter, how its going to look on screen.

what's the deal with saying a few years? *confused* was that meant as a joke? if so, his intonation got sucked into a black hole.

What are you talking about? Sucked into a black hole? I thought it was perfectly obviously that he was making a joke.

I remember everyone at the fest laughing at that part, including me.  But then again, the quality was better there than it is on the internet. Maybe his smile isn't as obvious in this online version?

That was hilarious!! The whole place erupted in laughter. =) The whole video was incredibly sweet and just makes ya love the man even more--well, that's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it!! =) Thank you, David. You rock, sir.
